This site is published by Brandon Bernicky for Nextsulting LLC, Yorkville, Illinois. The writing describes a practice. It is not a promise of results, revenue, rank, or a particular outcome.
When work starts
A message is a way to start a conversation. A phone call is a conversation. Neither one is an engagement. Work starts only when both sides agree in writing. Nothing on this site is that agreement, and reading it does not make you a client.
What you may do
You may read the pages and share a link. You may not copy the site, the signature, or the portrait and present the work as your own. You may not scrape the pages in order to pretend to be him, and you may not break the site or try to.
Other sites, and the limit
Links to Nextsulting, PrayerList Pro, and social profiles leave this site. Their terms are theirs.
The site is offered as it stands. Access can fail. A measurement tool, once you allow it, is run by that vendor under the privacy page.
Law
A disagreement about these pages is for the courts of Illinois. If a line here cannot be enforced, the rest still stands.
