Write it until two leaders agree.
Offer, who it is for, and the proof. If two people who run the company would not say it the same way, that disagreement is the work. Louder blur is still blur, and channels only multiply it.

Put proof where doubt lives.
The page. The review. The short film. Not a folder called Brand. A claim that cannot be checked is a claim the market will check for you, usually in public.

Let media carry the sentence. Not replace it.
Search and paid exist to repeat what the company has already decided is true. They do not get to invent a second company because a platform rewarded a different tone.
Housing, specifically
Say what a resident actually values.
He learned multifamily from the inside, in the IT and web rooms of an apartment company, before the firm had a name. The marketing looked easy from the outside. It is not.
Light. A school. A dog run. A lease that does not surprise you. Say it the same way on the page, in the tour, and in the ad. That is the work.
