What runs only after a yes

Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics stay unloaded until you allow analytics. They can then see pages, a device type, a rough region, and the site that sent you. They do not see the words you type into the contact form. These are properties for brandonbernicky.com, not for the firm.

Microsoft Clarity (ynlq4mzjc6) can record clicks and how a page is moved through. It runs only if you allow session recording. Text typed into fields is masked.

These tools run on brandonbernicky.com only, and only after the choice on this device. A preview or a draft does not send them traffic.

Quebec

Law 25 wants an express yes before this kind of measurement. The banner asks. Refuse is the same size as Allow. You can take the yes back from Cookies in the footer, which is the same act in reverse. The choice is stored in this browser. It is not sent to a server here.

California

Personal information is not sold. Allowing analytics shares a visit with Google, and allowing recording would share a session with Microsoft. Refuse is a request not to sell or share. A browser that sends Global Privacy Control is treated as that request, and the tools stay off.

You may ask what categories were collected, ask for deletion, and ask that we not share. We will not treat you worse for asking. Send the request to info@brandonbernicky.com.

What never waits on a banner

When you submit the contact form, your name, email, optional company, and message are processed by Cloudflare and delivered to info@brandonbernicky.com so we can respond. No submission database is maintained by this site. The email is kept in the receiving mailbox as correspondence.

The form uses a hidden spam field and short-lived rate limits to reduce abuse. Your IP address is used for that rate limit. Contact messages are not sent to an AI service or to analytics.

A call is a telephone link to (844) 639-8552. This site does not record it.

There is no account and no advertising cookie. Nextsulting, PrayerList Pro, and the social profiles are other sites.

How long, and children

The choice stays until you change it or clear the browser. Measurement cookies, once set, belong to those vendors. Refusing again clears the ones this site can reach and stops new tags.

The site is not for children, and it does not knowingly collect their information.
